It was a blue and white kind of a day today at St Andrew’s Prep, as we celebrated 137 years of educating children!
What began as a family farm has grown into one of the top schools in South Africa – and it’s not difficult to see why.
Gathering on Fairlawn Field, the Preppies whispered the BEST thing they loved about Prep into their cupped hands and then threw the best wishes into the air.
Grade 1 handprints were proudly dropped into the Prep vault, marking their entry into `Big School’ and cupcakes were eagerly munched by the 240 children.
The oldest Preppie ceremoniously lit the Prep candle and our youngest Preppie blew it out.
